Totally enclosed acme screw with three point location of operating in Manganese Steel Nut.
Tenon Slot machined in back as standard for CNC use.
Swivel base graduated through 360°

Application :

Suitable for Milling - Grinding - Shaping- Drilling and Jig Boring.

Construction :

These Vices are manufactured from close grained Hi Tensile seasoned Cast Iron.
Jaws : Fully hardened (50±3 HRC) and ground tool steel jaws with parallelism within 0.0012" (30 microns)
Spindle : Precisely cut ACME threads with pitch most suitable for firm gripping and smooth operations.
Nut : Hot stamped manganese steelz nut contained in totally enclosed sliding jaws.
Fasteners : All fasteners used in the vices are grade 10.8 which provide extended strength and rigidity to these vices
Supplied Complete with Steel Handle.
